We are looking for the best & the brightest to take our Sales department to the next level.
Currently, we are searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant with at least 1+ years of experience, aged 25-35.
Qualified candidates must have strong administrative skills including: Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel and Access), typing 40 words per minute & strong communication/ grammar skills on both Greek & English.
Applicants should be able to work on databases, coordinate calendars, edit/ type documents, and work well in the sales-team setting as well as independently.
Handling incoming calls & providing hospitality to clients is a key part of everyday tasks.
Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task are essential.
The chosen candidate will also serve as back-up administrative support for any member of the team when necessary.
Other responsibilities include organizing & maintaining files, cooperating with other administrative support assistants in maintaining an efficient workroom for the sales team, preparing & editing reports & presentations.
